MEDITATION & YOGA
Meditation sessions take place daily at the meditation hall. During meditation sessions we learn to concentrate, calm and clear our mind.
Hatha Yoga classes for beginners and intermediate are available twice a week at Karuna Retreat Center. We can also arrange daily yoga classes upon request. Anne Dinneen is our Yoga instructor and bases her classes on the teachings of B.S.K Iyengar -
focusing on detail and accuracy in the postures. With special emphasis
on breathing and releasing.
